Jessicca was born in Riverside, CA, and raised in the heart of Southern California. Jessicca's academic journey led her to William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on Marketing. Upon graduating in 2005, she returned to Southern California, kickstarting her marketing career as the Marketing Coordinator for a prestigious four-star restaurant in Palm Springs. During this time, she took charge of all web and print marketing activities for both the restaurant and catering divisions. In 2008, Jessicca embraced a new opportunity in San Clemente, CA, joining Advanced MP Technology, a global electronics component distributor with nine locations worldwide. As the Global Marketing Coordinator, she spearheaded web marketing campaigns, website design, and the creation of captivating print marketing materials and eye-catching tradeshow booths. Her role also involved collaborating with marketing teams across various company locations worldwide. 

A change of pace in 2017 led Jessicca back to Palm Springs, CA, where she decided to embark on a career as a Police Officer. Jessicca devoted five years of her life to this profession, earning the esteemed Police Officer of the Year award for her department in 2019 and achieving a significant milestone as the first female to earn a spot on the local SWAT team. After leaving the police force Jessicca felt the pull to follow her true passion for Real Estate and started the Diamond Property Group at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in Palm Springs. She now dedicates her life to servicing the people of the Coachella Valley as she guides them through their home-buying and selling needs.
